Ashleigh W. McCurchin

Ashleigh W. McCurchin is an associate attorney at Nakahara Law, A.P.C. Her practice includes estate planning, probate/trust administration, and litigation involving decedent’s estates, conservatorships, and elder abuse.

Ashleigh grew up in Los Angeles and Gardena. She attended Pepperdine University where she graduated summa cum laude. She later earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. At Nakahara Law, Ashleigh is passionate in her efforts to help clients properly navigate the difficulties that arise in probate administration, trust administration, and litigation in the probate court system. She endeavors to do her part to ease the struggles of proper estate planning and probate court procedure for her clients.
